That seems like an excellent way to identify certain bad writing habits and subconscious obsessions. I’d like to see this done with more musicians.

I did something similar with NIN lyrics a while back comparing lyrics on albums from PHM to With Teeth vs Year Zero. I thought it was interesting.

How did I not see this before! It is so artfully arranged. I like how ‘find’ and ‘easy’ are in ‘wanna.’ And how close ‘dead’, ‘time’ and ‘sick’ are. Oh, and ‘yeah’ ‘baby’ and ‘ride.’ I can’t stop looking at this thing. Stop being fascinating, word cloud.
