I think everyone should thank me for upgrading my Picasa Web Albums account two days ago to get a little bit more than 250mb storage. Today they gave all default accounts 1gb storage just to make me regret my purchase.
Also what is it with services not offering refunds? World of Warcraft and Picasa have both told me that they’re “unable to provide refunds” lately:
We’re unable to provide refunds, so we encourage you to try the free service before purchasing additional storage.
Well I uh… did that. And then you quadrupled the amount of storage on free accounts a day and a half later.

I think that’s because most web email accounts aren’t really read by people, or at least by people with 3rd-grade reading comprehension. I think they just saw that keyword “refund” and automatically sent the email for the question they often get asked regardless of the question you really asked. I have several times gotten a reply that says to try things that I have clearly stated in my email that I already tried. I have stopped patronizing companies over that sort of ignoration…

Perhaps you should use a dictionary before using such terms as “ignoration”. Although I assume that you are referring to “stupidity”, I can’t seem to find the term “ignoration” anywhere…..
