I wish he’d work it into a recording and post that. It’s pretty cool, but the examples don’t do much for me.

And it’s amazing to me how many people haven’t bothered to notice that “epiphone” is a play on “epiphany”. I feel bad saying “epi-phone” but I know people won’t know what i mean if i pronounce it the way I think is right.

But maybe the company wants it to be epi-phone. *shrug* This is officially more than I should be thinking about this topic…

I found a good Epiphone at my local guitar shop for $500. It was a Les Paul (not an LP Special) that was nice. Raised pick-guard, good neck, great tone, I would buy it, but why? For $500, I could get a low(er) budget Gibson guitar, or I could get a Fender guitar. Although, if I wanted an Epiphone, I’d get an Explorer bass or guitar.
