Telefunken R-F-T have since released newer upgraded models, the M16 MkII and the AK47.

And there’s even better ones, REALLY HANDMADE in Canada by Dave Thomas of Ocean Studios fame. (Amazing engineer/technician.) I’ve bought the CM-12 and the CM-67 so far…. Both less than $1000 Canadian too. And they are all 100% built and assembled by Dave, no cheapy “clones” or over priced “Ferrari” hand bag type mics…
