I’m sure there are more I’ve missed on CCMixter.
Also, holy crap, a drummer has been found. His name is Bruce, here’s a sample of him on his electronic kit rocking out to Look and Feel Years Younger:
I met with him this week and Rob and I are pretty excited about kicking it live.
Podcasts I’m told I’ve been played on recently:
Some other things:
- One of my songs is in “A Few Minutes With Them” (Windows Media / Quicktime) a short film that’s getting submitted to festivals. If you have any feedback on it, send it to comments@bullyfilms.com.
- One of my songs is also going to be in a Dutch snowboard movie being made by RELOAD. I went snowboarding last winter and broke my ass.
- Teru, a prolific remixer, has gotten a page of his Brad Sucks remixes up on New Music Canada. Check out the page here.
The many times delayed remix album is more dangerously near completion than ever before.

If the dude has got an electronic kit you should have him play with more electronic sounding drums.

With 1023 different sounds and 99 user selectable drum kits, the possibilities are endless.
Lookin forward to experimenting with the electronics. However no substitute for that powerfull accoustic kit…:) Maybe I’ll have to incorporate the Rolands with the Pearls, that should be cool.

Brad,
I sent you a mail about using one (or two) of your songs in a nano=budget movie I’m making. Is that sort of thing cool? I saw you said it’s cool in your FAQ, but I wanted to make sure. I can resend the email with more info.

Just to plant a seed: come to Boston when you start playing out, if at all possible. I’m not a promoter and can’t promise a sold-out crowd or anything, but I do know that I’d love to see you guys do this.
Y’know, if you happen to hit the lottery or something and buy a private jet or tour bus or something.

If only we could play “Cheers” and Norm was there…:0 What a blast that would be!
Can Johnson make that happen??? OK maybe not Norm but…!!! CHEERS…

Funny you ask, Bruce; the show was based on The Bull & Finch Pub, which, from what I’ve heard, only sort-of looks like Cheers. I do believe there’s a tourist-trap “Cheers” bar that’s more gift shop than bar, but I’ve also not been to that one.
I guess what I’m saying is “I have no idea,” though if I could make your dreams come true then I sure wouldn’t be sitting here writing code. I’d be out…uh…making dreams come true.
And now that I sound like the Laverne & Shirley theme song, I’m gonna stop.
