this is great, brad. what did you do to get that acoustic guitar sound? mine are always to bass-heavy, but running a low filter on them makes it sound like shit too… maybe it’s just the mic.

Pretty f***ing rad… Seems like it needs a fat 808 kick somewhere in there, though… And a little less gate on the drums? Or maybe it’s just me. ;-) Very nice chord progression… Me needs to write some new crap, too.

Awesome!
Although, the drum is a bit too loud for my taste.

Man, you’ve rocked rather well before, but now, I can finally say, Brad Sucks rocks.

This is my favorite Brad Sucks song now. Reminds me a little of the Pixies. You’re getting more daring with chord progressions…some really nice surprises! But the drums are what really makes it.
Way to go!

Fan-tastic. I love the drum sound, and like Mark said, the chord sequence is awesome. Vocal line is brilliant as well – very interesting effects, and the melody f’in rocks.

Always been impressed with your music, been great to watch you progress, but you’ve really outdone yourself.
Keep up the good work, we all love it.

Another dude doing the same thing as me. Cool song. I’m listening to it at work, though, so I can’t crank it like I’d like to!
Please check out my blog if you have a chance and have a listen: http://www.anotherdreamer.net.

This didn’t work when I listened to it after Bad Attraction, but on its own… uh… day-amn. I don’t fekking care whether it’s rock or not.
Turn down the drums a bit and this is the kind of thing that, broadcast properly, could convince me to listen to the radio occasionally.

Brad, my wife and I really enjoy your music, and hell the kids even like it (considering one’s a 14 year old, that says a hell of a lot). I just heard Certain Death and it’s great! Add it to my list of favorite Brad Sucks songs!!!

When I first heard this one, I wasn’t sure what to say. Now I’m sure: this kicks all sorts of ass. Nifty instrumentals, great vocals, and a very different sound from your past couple tracks while still being clearly part of the same thematic string. “Keep me up with your emotions…” is one of my favorite lines ever.
Incidentally, are we ever going to get lyrics for “Total Breakdown?”

If songs this good take you forever to write, then by all means, take your time! :)

Great great great song.
But it sounds like the acoustic guitar is on one side of the stereo the whole time; it’s way louder on the left and it’s bugging me! It’s prolly just me.

Brad, faaaaantastic stuff. Youve really begun to find your sound with this one. It seems to encapsulate some of your other top work. Great production and timing throughout on this one. It rocks the whole way through! Keep it up.
