Releasing the source for Making Me Nervous (still available here) has gone way, way better than I expected it to and I’m real happy about it all. I was feeling a bit blocked and down and it’s been a lot of fun seeing people experiment with my song and also getting a chance to do a bunch of it myself.
I’ll be putting the next song source online sometime this week (not sure which one yet, feel free to cast your vote). I’ve put up some discussion forums here if anyone wants to use them to yak about remix stuff.
To kick things off I’ve posted an unfinished remix of Making Me Nervous in there that I’m not sure I have time to finish. Feel free to give input, ideas, pick it up and do whatever with it. Or if you’re like a lot of people who have their own half-done remixes, feel free to post those.

Borderline loops would be good.
I have a making me nervous remix I need to send sometime, too (not that crap thing on ss (if you even saw that (not likely))).

My vote’s cast for the Bad Attraction source.
I’m likely not going to be remixing it myself, but I’d just get a kick out of seeing more done with this song.

Man you really need to finish that demo and cut down on the “buzzing” I hear in the song (but only slightly). Just clean it up a bit maybe add a few more sounds to it that “wall of sound” kind of feel. But I really like it, the best remixes of this song have been the ones you have done yourself.
