Look And Feel Years Younger
Genre: Hard Rock
Length: 4:37
Date: 05/22/03
Album: Brad Sucks: I Don’t Know What I’m Doing
This is a song I made for the Outside the Inbox compilation. The subject line of the spam was, obviously, “Look and feel years younger”. I have no idea what it’s actually selling because I’m afraid to click on the link in the email. This song’s a lot more aggro than the stuff I’ve been putting up here lately. Distortion and yelling and guitars as large as I could make them. There are many things I’m unsure of about this song, such as the solo and the quick drum break and how stupid maybe I sound, but I figure I might as well slap the song online and re-evaluate it sometime before the August 1st compilation deadline.

Another great job Mr. Sucks. When I see “you have just received an email from Brad Sucks” pop up at the bottom right of my screen it makes me go all tingley.

Glad you guys like the song. That makes me happy in my heart.
haumovie: various cool people have committed to contributing to the compilation, but I don’t want to spill the beans on that until they finish their tracks.

This song is showing up in neither music or extras sections of the site. Is it meant to be not in there?

thanks for the update. can’t wait for the final compilation. it’ll be great if it’s anything near the quality of your normal stuff.

I’m just contributing the one song. The idea is that it’s a compilation of other musicians all writing songs inspired by spam titles. I don’t know if I could come up with a whole album of them. :D

Probably my first or second favorite song you’ve ever done. I hope you explore this side of your musical talent furthermore.
ANYWAY, I was hoping your contribution would NOT be posted on the site, forcing me to purchase something featuring you. Could you make a second song to put on the compilation by you, without posting it online first? I’d like some form of incentive of purchasing the CD…jeez, I probably will already, but a “NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE BRAD SUCKS SONG” would be pretty kick ass, know what I mean?

Rocking track. You should try more songs like this, they suit your voice really well.I think you should post your lyrics. Or, even better, post lyrics that have nothing to do with the song, just to mess people up.

Hey Brad. I’ve recorded a few things on my computer, played around with layering guitars and stuff… some of its ok, but nothing like this. Great stuff. Sounds more or less radio worthy (compliment?)
And being a Lyrics Listening Guy, I thought I’d have a crack at this. You know. For the fans.
Broken hearted people always trying to spend my time
Collagen injections injected right to my mind
Everything’s OK I’m just trying to act my age
I wanna know where the hell the days go
X 2
I wanna look and feel years younger, lately
X 2
Crime seen (scene?) in the mirror and its clearer nearly every day
Plastic in my body telling me that I should smile and wave
Everything’s OK I’m just trying to act my age X 2
Also, great Spam Album. I’da given you 5 bucks on the spot, if I’d been on paypal or you accepted checks via mail. As it was, I just frowned and downloaded em all.
Keep on rockin and keepin’ the, uh, “internet scene” alive.

This is a very professional and fun song, brad. I ran across your profile on magnatunes.com and came to this site looking for more information etc on the “outside the inbox” songs.
Great compliation idea, btw.
Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing it online. I am getting more and more impressed with what the internet/online folks can do.
Definitely changes the status quo of how we will be listening to and finding out about music.
Thanks brad.

I agree with everyone here, that was amazing. I find it really easy to listen to and feel a conection to both the lyrics and the overall feel of the song. Perfect. Truely though, not only perfect, but the “Outside the Inbox” idea is highly inovative. Don’t know what more you would need for a record deal than that song. Keep it up, please.

Thanks.
I am planning to use your music in Englis education. I can ask
What is the singer attempting to do
A. He is attempting to get married to a young girl.
B. He is attempting to get a young girl.
C. He is attempting to be a naval officer.
D. He is attempting to act like other people of his age.
I wish that one could hear the lyrics more clearly. That goes for all the tracks that i have listened to. The remixes seem to make it more difficult to here you.
Are your lyrics on the net anywhere by the way? I hope not.

Dr Brad
Oops yes, the lyrics are on the about page.
This means that my students would surf here, read the lyrics and not listen to the song (sons of b*****es). The only way I could get around this is by keeping the track anonimous (unless people email me to ask). You seem to be saying here that people can use your music in anyway that they want. It is acceptable to use it without attribution? If any of my students were to ask me then I would tell them.
I also see that it is possible for us to remix your music ourselves.
What about a photo? The magnatunes photo is nice. Can we use that?
