Work Out Fine
Genre: Rock/Folk
Length: 4:03
Date: 04/24/03
Album: Brad Sucks: I Don’t Know What I’m Doing

Here’s a song I wrote the other day while having various retarded life issues. My voice is all low because I had a cold at the time. I had to remove all the takes with me coughing in them. I didn’t realize the cold was affecting my voice until I listened to the recordings and apparently I’m too lazy to re-do them.

Low is good. Makes the sound sound a little more soulful. Nicely done.

I love the drums and it’s a great guitar solo, your vocals sound really cool on this song, you should totally take up smoking man.

This is my favourite of the most recent songs you’ve posted. I don’t know why, it just is. So there.

Your voice sounds great. It gives a more chilled sound with better expression. Have you tried lying down on your back while singing? Try lying in your bed. Trust me. For that sad soulful feel to the vocal, it often works. Really good tune. They are getting better by the second.

Good song. You really need another plug at a major site so you can actually get a decent amount of listeners sometime.

P.S: Are you ever going to put out a CD on an actual label?

Love it. Probably my favourite song you’ve done yet.

Glad you guys like the song. To answer some things:

> Have you tried lying down on your back while
> singing? Try lying in your bed. Trust me. For
> that sad soulful feel to the vocal, it often
> works.

I’ve never heard that before. Huh. Maybe I’ll try it sometime. I’m thinking I might doze off during takes though.

Unfortunately all the high traffic webmasters don’t take my demands seriously for some reason.

> P.S: Are you ever going to put out a CD on an
> actual label?

I haven’t talked to anyone about it, so it seems unlikely. I think once I do a few more songs I’m going to put together and offer a CD through some CD-on-demand service. We’ll see about that.

This one sounds a bit like the record is playing a little too slow – for instance the guitar at the beginning. Or is that my mp3 software?

I like it.

I went back to a 9 year old post just to say that this is my favorite song. Thanks Brad.
